This area of the website provides BRE Global licensed assessors with access to
our fully automated assessment processing system. Assessors can register new
assessments, submit reports, track the status of assessments and obtain view /
download copies of Certificates.
Your organisation must be registered with BREEAM to be able to use this system.
Only qualified and BREEAM licensed assessors can complete and submit
assessments to BREEAM. If you are a licencesd assessor, you should have
received a username and password to enable you to log on to the system. If you
have not received a username and Password, please contact our Helpdesk.
On the 27 February 2008 the Government confirmed mandatory rating against the
Code will be implemented from 1 May 2008. For information on how this might

BRE Global provides training, examinations and licenses organisations and
individuals to carry out assessments and work with the design team.
Licensed assessors are covered by a UKAS competent persons' scheme.
